Privacy Policy

  1. New System Solution Limited (NSS”, we, us, our) respects the privacy concerns of the users of the NSS application and any of its associated application and/or websites (App).This privacy policy explains what information is gathered during a visit to the App and how such information may be used (Privacy Policy).
  2. Your use of our services and the App are also governed by our Terms of Use at http://nss-web-final.s3-website-ap-southeast-2.amazonaws.com/#/terms.
  3. We may occasionally make changes to our Privacy Policy, or alter the App’s functionality.  We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly for the latest information on our privacy practices.
  4. Use of Information: As a general policy, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the App. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of our internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to enhance your online experience.
  5. We may also collect aggregated information generated by our systems, which tracks traffic to our website but does not relate to you personally.
  6. Member Information: The App’s various registration forms, subscription forms, mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, and surveys may request that you provide us with your contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information such as your preferred software and interests (Member Information as that term is defined in the Terms of Use). Information provided at the time of submission will be used by NSS only as necessary for purposes such as the improvement of our products, services and the contents of the App. NSS may also share such information with its business and promotional partners to further those interests.
  7. Personal Information: Information about an identifiable individual (Personal Information) will not be sold or leased to any third parties. With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about NSS and its products. You may opt-out of receiving future electronic messages as provided below. NSS does not store any credit card information it may receive in regard to a specific transaction and/or billing arrangement except as is necessary to complete and satisfy its rights and obligations with regard to such transaction, billing arrangement, and/or as otherwise authorised by a Member (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use).
  8. Other Information: NSS will have access to and may use other information, such as number of users, traffic patterns and demand for the service, to monitor server and software performance as well as for our other internal purposes.  NSS may also collect information about the App’s interaction with users while they are logged in.  This information is owned by NSS and may be used to verify actions taken by a User (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use) or to better understand the behaviours of Users or Members in order to improve the App.
  9. Information Sharing and Disclosure: Information collected through our App that does not identify users (cleansed data) is owned by NSS and may be disclosed by NSS.  We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our affiliates, partners and advertisers.
  10. At your request, we may share your personal data with your representatives or any person acting on your behalf (for example, lawyer, executors, administrators, trustees or auditors).
  11. We operate our business in New Zealand and may need to share some of the Personal Information we collect about you with organisations both inside and outside of New Zealand.  Sometimes we may need to ask you before this happens.
  12. We may also disclose your Personal Information if we determine in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights and pursue available remedies, enforce our Terms of Use, investigate fraud, or protect our operations, Users or Members.
  13. NSS may also be required to disclose Member Information and/or Personal Information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
  14. Please also note that Members who provide and/or publish content via the App, shall be deemed the data controllers for any personal data contained in the content uploaded by any such party to our App (Member Content) and any other personal data processed in relation to such Member Content. This Privacy Policy only concerns the processing for which NSS is the data controller. If you have any questions regarding personal data contained in the Member Content, please contact the Member responsible for such Member Content.
  15. Malware/Spyware/Viruses: Neither NSS nor the App knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.
  16. Links to External Sites: Our App may contain links to a variety of Third Party Sites (as defined in the Terms of Use).  Some of these links may request or record information from Users or use cookies or other methods to collect information from you.  We have no control over, and are not responsible for the content or privacy policy practices of those Third Party Sites and encourage our users to review the privacy policies of those sites before engaging in any activity with them.  . NSS is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such Third Party Sites.
  17. Opting in and opting out: The App may provide you the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us at the point where we request information from you. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list in order to discontinue any such future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set out in the communications you receive from NSS which you no longer wish to receive. If you are unsuccessful in completing the instructions specified in any such communication, please e-mail us at nss@newsystemsolution.com, including a copy of the undesired email attached to the request, and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
  18. Business Transactions: If the ownership of NSS changes, your Member Information may be transferred to the new owner so that the App can continue to operate.  In this event, your information will remain subject to this Privacy Policy.
  19. Sending information offshore:  Personal Information being sent offshore will be subject to comparable privacy safeguards as those that apply in New Zealand.  If NSS is required to disclose information to a foreign person or entity, NSS will either:
  • a.  Be reasonably satisfied that the foreign person or entity is subject to laws which provide comparable safeguards as the Privacy Act 2020 (Act), or agrees to be bound by comparable safeguards as those found in the Act; or
  • b.  Has expressly informed the individual that the foreign entity or person may not be required to protect the information in a way that provides comparable safeguards, and must obtain the individual’s authorisation to the disclosure on that basis.
  1. Security of your personal information: We will take reasonable technical, administrative and organisational security precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of your personal information.  We also protect your Personal Information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to your Personal Information. The computers/servers in which we store Personal Information are kept in a secure environment. We continually review all such measures and update them when appropriate. However, due to the nature of email and the internet, we cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of your Personal Information. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit via the internet. By transmitting any such information to NSS, you accept that you do so at your own risk.
  2. Transfer of Information Across National Borders: We may store your information in cloud or other types of networked or electronic storage. Our App and various information we collect are operated on servers located in various jurisdictions, including the United States. When you access or use the App and/or our Services, personal information about you may be transferred and stored outside of New Zealand. As electronic of networked storage can be accessed from various countries via an internet connection it is not always practicable to know in which country your information may be accessed or held. .
  3. Your Access to and Control Over Your Personal Information: Without limitation, you have the following rights:
  • a. The right to be provided full information about your Personal Information that we hold;
  • b. The right to require that we correct any incorrect information we hold about you;
  • c. The right to ask that we delete or destroy your Personal Information.  Please note that certain conditions may apply to the exercise of this right;

  1. To exercise your rights at any time, but only once per calendar year, or as otherwise required under applicable law, Users may contact NSS to review the Personal Information that NSS has collected about you. If you discover any errors, please notify NSS and the information will be corrected. To review your Personal Information, please send an email to info@newsystemsolution.com   with the subject line: “Personal Information Review  Request.”
  2. You may also contact us if you have any questions or complaints about, or if you wish to restrict or object to how we collect, use, disclose, manage or store your Personal Information.  We will respond to your request, where required by law within 20 working days from the date your request is received.
  3. In some circumstances, and subject always to legal obligations to the contrary, we may not be in a position to grant access to your Personal Information or otherwise meet your requests with respect to your Personal Information.
  4. Members may also request that we delete their account(s) or, if you have not established an account, your email address, and any related data at any time. If you wish to delete your account(s), please email us at info@newsystemsolution.com with the words “Delete Account” in the subject line. If you do not have an account and wish to delete your email address or other Personal Information that you might have provided through your use of the App, and/or any Services, please email us at [email address] with the words “Delete My Information” in the subject line.
  5. You may also choose to confirm that NSS does not use your Personal Information in certain ways and/or to otherwise “opt out” of certain uses of that Personal Information, including without limitation:
  • a. when your Personal Information may be disclosed to a third party unrelated to NSS and/or parties directly related to providing Services; and/or
  • b. when your Personal Information may be used for a purpose that is materially different from the purpose(s) for which it was originally collected or subsequently authorised by you. If you wish to limit your Personal Information in either such way, or have other questions about how NSS may use your Personal Information, please contact us at info@newsystemsolution.com with the words “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

  2. Information provided by you via general e-mail inquiries to NSS such as your e-mail address is used only to respond to your inquiries in the ordinary course of business, and is never shared with third parties.

  4. TrueDepth API: The app collects the user details like name, email and phone info. We are introducing a feature that will allow users to create an account and post a job and apply for the job. No, and this information will not be stored anywhere
